As a London-based architect with a keen eye for blending historical charm with modern design, Lindgart Hotel offered a subtle dichotomy of luxury versus value during my stay. The staff were mostly fantastic and accommodating, embodying German hospitality seamlessly. The hotel's central location provided easy access to the city's attractions, appealing to both leisure and business travelers.The room exuded a sumptuous ambiance with elegant decor, a comfortable bed adorned with great linen, and above-average amenities for a German hotel. The presence of an electric kettle and fridge added convenience to my stay, while the option to secure our bikes in the underground garage showcased thoughtful service.While the hotel leans more towards luxury with its meticulous attention to detail, some may find its basic room offerings and breakfast not aligning with traditional high-end expectations. However, Lindgart Hotel strikes a fine balance for guests seeking a value-driven yet refined stay in the heart of the city.
